Anika Fahmida

Anika is a highly skilled tutor with years of private and professional experience. She has previously taught KS2-GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Throughout her tutoring journey, she was able to consistently demonstrate her ability to connect with learners of different ages and adapt her teaching methods according to the students' needs. Her teaching approach focuses on clear communication, patience and encouraging independent thinking.

This not only allows students to understand the content but also apply it to questions with confidence and help unlock their full potential. Anika is currently pursuing a degree in pharmacy, which brings a practical, real-world perspective to her lessons and offers a deeper insight into science-related subjects. Having completed her A-Levels in Maths, Biology and Chemistry, Anika has enhanced her ability to provide a well-rounded educational experience in both Science and Mathematics.

Anika Fahmida is a Mathematics, Science, and Geography specialist who supports students from Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 through to GCSE, as well as 11+ and 13+ preparation in Maths and Science. She tutors Maths and Numeracy, plus Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and also teaches GCSE and Key Stage 3 Geography.

Anika is currently studying for her Masters of Pharmacy at the University of Brighton. She holds A-Levels in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, and achieved grade 7s (As) at GCSE in Mathematics, Triple Science, and Geography (amongst others). She has also received Bronze and Silver awards in the Senior Maths Challenge.

With years of private and professional tutoring experience, Anika is known for adapting her teaching to the student in front of her. Her lessons focus on clear communication, patience, and encouraging independent thinking, helping students understand the content and apply it confidently to exam-style questions. Anika charges £30.00 per hour. After each session, she provides a lesson report, and homework can be arranged free of charge.
