About Sarena

Sarena is currently a first year Sociology student at the University of Birmingham. Prior to this, she completed her A-Levels at Woodhouse College, one of the best sixth form colleges in the country, and her GCSEs at the Compton School. Sarena is incredibly passionate about her chosen degree and hopes to pursue a career in civil service or academia.

Additionally, Sarena has been tutoring for over 4 years' since the age of 16 and also spent her gap year working as a tutor. This has allowed her to work with students of all ages and levels and so she has experience with tutoring from KS1 to KS5. Moreover, this has allowed her to keep up to date with her Maths, English and Science skills; she also has experience of working with many types of students, making her a very adaptable tutor. Outside of studying and tutoring, Sarena enjoys reading and sewing.
