Anoushka Mishra

Anoushka is a 4th-year Mechanical Engineering student at Bournemouth University who understands firsthand the challenges of GCSEs, A-Levels and university admissions. Having navigated these herself, she knows the pressure of keeping up with demanding subjects and the frustration of not feeling fully confident in them.

With over 4 years of tutoring experience in both individual and group settings, she tailors her approach to each student’s unique strengths and needs. She has taught a wide range of subjects across KS1–3, GCSE, and A-Level, and is well-versed in the latest syllabus requirements. Her adaptability to different learning styles ensures students not only grasp difficult concepts but also grow in confidence and enjoyment of learning.

Outside of academics, Anoushka enjoys hiking and gardening and is currently learning French.

Anoushka Mishra is a Mathematics and Science Specialist and a 4th-year student on an integrated Masters of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Bournemouth University. Having recently been through GCSEs, A-Levels and the university admissions process herself, she understands the pressure students can feel when subjects start to get demanding.

With over 4 years’ tutoring experience in both one-to-one and group settings, Anoushka tailors lessons to each student’s strengths, needs and learning style. She teaches Mathematics at Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, 11+, 13+ and GCSE level, supporting students with clear explanations and confidence-building practice. As a physics tutor and chemistry tutor, she also works with students across Key Stage 3 and GCSE, as well as A Level Physics and A Level Chemistry, and is familiar with new syllabus content.

Families can expect structured sessions with lesson reports after each session, and homework can be arranged free of charge to reinforce learning between lessons. Anoushka charges £36.00 per hour.
