About Shelley

Shelley is an enthusiastic Tutor of Languages, specialising in Spanish and French with over 10 years experience working in Secondary education. She has in depth knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum for Languages, including a wealth of experience teaching and marking for both AQA and Edexcel at GCSE. Shelley has both PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status which she gained in 2015 through the Schools Direct route. She is currently running French clubs in Primary and Nursery settings and works as a Study Skills Tutor and Mentor supporting University students.

Shelley also prides herself on her ability to build a good rapport with her students and keep them motivated. Shelley has detailed knowledge of exam criteria for GCSE French and Spanish and is able to support students to improve and build confidence in the four main skills to thoroughly prepare them for exams.
